Our Commitment

At **Diponty**, each sharee is handcrafted with dedication, precision, and love. Because our products are delicate and artisanal, we maintain a strict yet fair return policy to ensure both quality preservation and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges within **7 days** of delivery under the following circumstances:

  • The product received has an unfixable manufacturing defect.
  • The wrong item or incorrect color was shipped to you.
  • The product must be **unworn, unwashed, unaltered**, and in its original premium packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products purchased during special promotional seasonal sales or clearance events.
  • Customized orders or sharees with custom fall-bidding or tailored blouses.
  • Minor texture variations or thread inequalities, as these are natural characteristics of handloom weaving.

How to Process a Return

If your order meets the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photographs of the defect or the incorrect item received.
  2. Email our concierge at **care@diponty.com** or send a message via WhatsApp along with your Order ID and the images.
  3. Once verified, our team will schedule a return pickup or assist you with exchange delivery paths.
Important Note on Refunds: Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Card). For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via mobile banking or bank transfer.
